  • Lead full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring documentation, compliance, and systems access are managed consistently.

  • Maintain employee/contractor records, HRIS systems, and personnel files in line with U.S. standards.

  • Track PTO, timekeeping, and employee attendance for both U.S. and PH staff.

  • Manage benefits data collection, enrollments, and reporting, in coordination with Finance.

  • Monitor compliance requirements (policy acknowledgments, employment agreements, and updates).

  • Implement and maintain HRIS and timekeeping systems (e.g., Paylocity, Gusto, ADP).

  • Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for processing.

  • Create, update, and enforce SOPs, templates, and checklists to standardize HR workflows.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, resolving independently when possible.

  • Provide guidance to PH staff and support U.S. consultants with HR-related processes.

  • Draft employee communications, policy memos, and compliance notices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 7 years' experience providing direct support for U.S.-based companies.

  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, HRIS, timekeeping, and compliance tracking.

  • Proven ability to manage onboarding/offboarding independently.

  • Experience working with payroll systems and preparing inputs for Finance.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday.com, Asana) and cloud systems (e.g., Box, Google Workspace).

  • Excellent business English (written and verbal).

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results.
