Senior HR Generalist
Lead full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring documentation, compliance, and systems access are managed consistently.
Maintain employee/contractor records, HRIS systems, and personnel files in line with U.S. standards.
Track PTO, timekeeping, and employee attendance for both U.S. and PH staff.
Manage benefits data collection, enrollments, and reporting, in coordination with Finance.
Monitor compliance requirements (policy acknowledgments, employment agreements, and updates).
Implement and maintain HRIS and timekeeping systems (e.g., Paylocity, Gusto, ADP).
Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for processing.
Create, update, and enforce SOPs, templates, and checklists to standardize HR workflows.
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, resolving independently when possible.
Provide guidance to PH staff and support U.S. consultants with HR-related processes.
Draft employee communications, policy memos, and compliance notices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience providing direct support for U.S.-based companies.
Strong knowledge of HR administration, HRIS, timekeeping, and compliance tracking.
Proven ability to manage onboarding/offboarding independently.
Experience working with payroll systems and preparing inputs for Finance.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday.com, Asana) and cloud systems (e.g., Box, Google Workspace).
Excellent business English (written and verbal).
