Position Summary
The Manager, Digital Marketing (Temp) position will play a critical role in designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our healthcare professional-targeted products. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is digital-savvy and thrives on collaboration, data-driven storytelling, and customer-first thinking. You'll lead targeted digital marketing efforts across product launches, educational initiatives, and omni-channel campaigns, ensuring all tactics are optimized for performance and aligned with customer needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven customer-specific digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for healthcare professional-targeted products.
  • Create go-to-market plans for for new product launches and updates, including product messaging, promotion, and distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to define product positioning, messaging, and and digital engagement strategies for sonographer and physician-targeted products..
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and sales tools, including emails, brochures, presentations, case studies, and web content, to support business development efforts and drive customer engagement.
  • Work with the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) team to assist in developing educational and training materials for healthcare professionals, including webinars, workshops, and online courses, to increase product knowledge and usage.

Required Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Minimum of seven years Digital Marketing experience, specifically implementing an omni-channel approach.
  • Minimum of three years in Portfolio Marketing in Healthcare Industry, preferred.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), WordPress, and Tableau to interpret data, analyze trends, and inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases (Microsoft Dynamics) and email marketing automation software (Dotdigital), with a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in developing strategy and executing tactics across influencer marketing, video and social media channels.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management software/tools (Asana) in a multi-project environment.
  • Experience developing marketing materials for product training and educational initiatives, including emails, web content, presentations, and blogs.
